Party Wall Surveying
Planning building works next to a neighbouring property, or affected by works proposed by your neighbour? The Party Wall etc. Act 1996 may apply. We act for both Building Owners and Adjoining Owners, serving and reviewing Party Wall Notices, acting as Agreed Surveyor where appropriate, and preparing Party Wall Awards on fixed fees.
RICS HomeBuyer Reports (Level 2 Surveys)
A level two survey is a full Surveyor assessment of the property. The report will cover all internal and external elements of the property, condition rating the issues on a green, amber or red scale.
Full Building Survey (Level 3 Surveys)
A Level 3 survey is our most detailed inspection. It’s the right choice for older, larger or altered properties, and for any home you plan to renovate. You get a closer look at how the building is put together, plus advice on repairs and what to do next.
