Fixed fees, fixed expectations

Valid Notices for £25
Notices are legal documents; if they’re wrong, you lose time and money. We draft and serve valid Notices that meet Section 15 service requirements and include the right particulars for Section 1, 2, or 6 works (and drawings for excavation where required). It’s the fastest, least risky way to start the statutory clock without racking up costs.

Awards at £300
Whether you proceed via an Agreed Surveyor or we act as your surveyor in a two-surveyor appointment, our fee is £300. You’ll get a robust, buildable Party Wall Award that sets out methods, safeguards, access, timings, and responsibilities—so your contractor knows what to do and your neighbour knows what to expect.

Where the neighbour prefers their own surveyor, we’ll quote £300 for our side and keep the dialogue constructive so their fees stay proportionate. Either way, you get a clear, enforceable Award and a compliant start on site.
